Usability Testing
I carried out a remote usability test, A/B test and expert review to evaluate how user-friendly the service is.

Switched to straight bars (green to red) for clarity and simplified layout to highlight CTAs.

We moved the main CTA from a primary to a secondary button to reduce cognitive overload. However, its lower contrast risked users clicking EcoQuests instead, hurting conversions. So, we removed quick quest shortcuts and added ongoing quest tracking, letting the main CTA stand out and guide focus effectively.

Users requested greater transparency about the offsetting plan, so I added a video showcases of our offsetting projects.
